As a Holistic Health Counselor, I work with each client to create a happy, healthy and vibrant life in a way that is flexible and fun. You will not be forced into anything restrictive or stressful; I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you rather than dwelling on calories, carbs, fats, proteins and lists of good and bad foods.
I will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals. Most of all, I want to celebrate one of my favorite things to do - eat! - and show you how exciting and beautiful your meals can be. I will give you the knowledge and tools to eat fresh, nutrient-rich foods that are so delicious you will realize that you are not (die)ting but living!
